(1) The MRP depicted in the price list is inclusive of all taxes. The Company (Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation) reserves the right to change the price without any notice.

(2) Buyers/ Distributors/ Customers must mention their Full Address, Contact Number and GSTIN or UID (Adhar Card Number) while communicating or placing order/reruirement.

(3) The goods are carefully packed and dispatched from here.

(4) We will not be responsible for damages caused due to negligence of post / transport etc. in transit and due to natural causes after dispatch of goods.

(5) Expired medicine will not be taken back under any circumstances. Expiry can be avoided if the goods are ordered according to the sales ratio and requirement.

(6) Payment should be made only through Bank Draft/Cheque/Pay Order or Money Order in the name of the Company. Must obtain receipt for cash payment

(7) Buyers/ Distributors/ Customers must ensure the seal of Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation at the time of purchasing our medicines. Please buy only sealed packed goods of Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation.

(8) Manufacturing of Medicine follows the rules of G.M.P. The goods are carefully packed and dispatched from here. For any compliant or suggestion please write to the manager or a Company.

(9) All types of business disputes will be resolved by the Delhi High Court.
