Return Policy

Return Process:

At Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. However, once a product has been opened or damaged, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

• If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt, providing supporting images.
• For any complaints about product quality, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. We will not cover damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application.
• Product exchanges will only be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, undamaged, and subject to our terms.
• *Requests for returns and exchanges will be subject to review by Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation.
• *No refunds will be issued once the goods have been sold.

 

Cancellation Policy

• At Jaggi Ayurvedic Research Foundation, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel an order. You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it on our website if the products have not yet been dispatched.
• You can cancel your order through your account on the website or by contacting our customer support team.
• If an order is not canceled within one hour, it cannot be canceled. However, if you cancel your order within the one-hour window, you will be charged 2.5% as payment gateway charges, and the balance will be refunded to the cardholder.

 

Shipping

• Each product is carefully packaged with biodegradable materials in a sturdy recyclable shipper box. All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivery is expected within 7 business days.
• Orders are shipped through reputable couriers, and you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number once it is dispatched.

 Shipping Charges

1.  Shipping India – All orders above Rs. 500 qualify for free domestic shipping throughout India.
2. Shipping Overseas – Overseas shipping charges are not fixed. We will inform you about shipping charges after we receieve your order and shipping details. All overseas orders will be dispatched through IndiaPost/EMS

Out of Stock Items

If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. We do not back order items that we cannot immediately fulfill.

Pricing Policy

Product prices are subject to change without notice, and all prices are listed in Indian rupees and inclusive of all taxes. Orders are billed at the price in effect at the time of shipping. Our products are liable for GST in India.
